With Jooice Social Posting, you can manage your social content in one place: create, schedule, publish, and analyze easily.

1. Connect your profiles

• Check the requirements to connect your social channels.
• Log in and go to the Social section.
• From the drop-down menu, select a profile you’ve already created in Jooice, or click Create a new social profile, fill in the required fields, and click Confirm.

Once your profile is created and selected:

• Go to the Manage section.
• Click Connect other socials.

• Select the platforms you want to connect to your Jooice profile.
• For each platform, log in, follow the guided steps, and confirm the connection with Jooice.

2. Create a new post

• Go to the Social section, select the Jooice profile you want to use from the drop-down menu, and click Create post.
• Choose the format: image, reel, or story.

• Select one or more platforms where you want to publish.

In the text area you can:

• Write your post freely.
• Use the hashtag suggester by clicking #.
• Add emojis and @mentions.
  
  

Alternatively, use Jooice AI to generate your post: describe what you need (tone, goal, details) and click Generate. The AI will create a draft that you can always edit and adapt.

You can also customize your content for each platform: write different texts for Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn in the same post by selecting the respective tab.

3. Add media and preview

• Upload images or videos from your computer, or access storage platforms through the dedicated buttons.

• Preview your post on both mobile and desktop before publishing.

4. Publish, schedule, or save

• Choose whether to publish immediately, schedule a date and time, or save as a draft to finish later.

• Click Schedule publishing date to see Jooice’s suggested publishing times.

5. Monitor and analyze

In the Overview section, you’ll find monthly data such as:

• Published and scheduled posts.
• Errors and content status.
• Platform-specific performance.
• Latest published posts with related performance data.

Go to the Posts section and choose whether to view them as a List or in a Calendar (weekly or monthly view).

Access the Engage section, select the social profile from the drop-down menu, and manage comments and interactions in one place.

Click the filter icon to refine results by time range or keywords.
