What the Reviews section does

The Reviews section allows you to:

• Collect and reply to all reviews from one place.
• Use Jooice AI to generate replies in different tones (friendly, formal, concise, humorous).
• Let AI automatically suggest replies to new reviews.
• Analyze your business reputation across all connected platforms.
• Monitor key indicators such as total number of reviews, response rate, and average rating.

How to use it

Once you’ve completed onboarding and created your location in the Your Organization section, connect your Google and Facebook accounts to start using most of the features.

• Go to Reviews → Manage and select the platforms you want to connect.

• We strongly recommend connecting your Google Business Profile (formerly GMB), as it provides the most complete data.
  
  
  • If you don’t have an account, follow Google’s official instructions to create one.
    
    
• In addition to Google and Facebook, you can also connect other platforms like Tripadvisor, Yellow Pages, Zillow, and many more.
• Once connected, all published reviews will automatically appear in Jooice.
  
  

You can reply to reviews directly without leaving Jooice.

1. Overview

The Overview gives you a snapshot of your online reputation.
From the drop-down menu, select the location you want to monitor. You’ll immediately see:

• Total number of reviews received.
• Recent reviews.
• Unanswered reviews.
• Response rate.
• Average rating of your business.

On the right-hand side, you’ll also see your latest reviews and those with the lowest ratings.

2. How to reply to reviews (Reviews tab)

Go to the Reviews tab to view the full list of reviews.

Here you can:

• Filter reviews by status (all, unanswered), or click the filter icon to refine by rating, date, platform, or time period.

• Reply to any review by clicking the reply button.

• Either write your own response or click Generate with Jooice AI and choose a tone:

  • Formal
  • Concise
  • Humorous

You can edit the generated text or send it directly to the platform.

3. Request reviews

Want to increase the number of positive reviews? The Request Reviews section lets you invite customers to leave feedback in just a few clicks.

Here’s how it works:

1. Click Request Review.
2. Jooice generates a personalized QR code and a dedicated link.

3. Choose where to collect reviews: select platforms such as Google, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Yellow Pages, Zillow, etc.

4. Add a unique title to identify the campaign.
5. Set a review filter: decide from which rating upwards reviews will be published on the selected platforms. Lower ratings will be archived in Jooice but not shared.
   
   

6. Customize the request:
   
   
   • Write a message inviting customers to leave a review.
   • Use Jooice AI to generate the message automatically (you can edit and refine it with one click).
   • Upload an image to display on the review request page.

7. Check the real-time preview on the right: see how your page will look with logo, message, and rating box.

Then you can:

• Print the QR code and display it in-store.
• Add it to receipts, brochures, or promotional materials.
• Send it via email or SMS.
• Share it directly on your social channels.
  
  

Customers scan the code (or click the link) to access your review page, and all new reviews appear automatically in Jooice, ready to be managed.

If you purchased a Bundle

• Connections to Google and Facebook for one location are shared between Reviews and Listing.
  
• These connections do not apply to the Social section.
  
  

If you manage multiple locations

• See the dedicated guide [here].
• Some multi-location brands use a single Facebook Page. If you connect Facebook in Reviews, it will also connect automatically in Listing.
• This means the data from the current location in Jooice could overwrite the information on your main Facebook Page. Only connect Facebook if you want this sync.

FAQ

Q: Syncing my location takes too long.
A: Connections in Listing and Reviews can take up to 5 days. We are working on reducing this time.

Q: I can’t connect Google and Facebook.
A: The connection only works if the name, full address, and ZIP code match exactly, and if no other locations with the same data exist in our database.

• Connecting to Google:
  
  
  • You must have access to a valid, verified Google Business Profile.
  • To check, go here and see if your location appears.
  • To verify if your location is confirmed, check your Google Business Profile status.
    
  • If it’s not verified, follow Google’s instructions.
    
    
• Connecting to Facebook:
  
  
  • You must have Admin permissions for the Facebook Page you want to connect.
