Jooice Affiliate Policy

Overview

The Jooice Affiliate Program rewards partners who drive qualified free trials and new paid subscribers for Jooice Social. By joining, you accept these policy terms.

Who can join

Creators, bloggers, review sites, agencies, communities, and niche SMB publishers whose audiences include local service businesses such as restaurants, salons, dental clinics, home services, retail, and professional services.

Commissions and payouts

  • Qualified Free Trial
  • We may offer $1 CPL only to pre-approved content partners who meet activation criteria within 3 days. See qualification rules below.
  • First Paid Subscription — commissions per new customer
  • Monthly plan ($27/mo) — $15.00 CPA
  • Annual plan ($20/mo billed yearly = $240 upfront) — $45.00 CPA
  • Attribution — Last click, click-through only, 30-day cookie
  • Locking period — 30 days on all actions. Commissions are payable after the lock window.
  • Reversals — We may reverse CPL and CPA for refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, failed trial qualification, duplicates, non-human or incentivized signups within 30 days of the event.

Qualified trial — activation criteria

CPL is payable only for partners who have been pre-approved for trial payouts and only if all of the following are completed within 3 days of signup:

  1. Email is verified and not from a burner domain
  2. Business name and website URL are provided
  3. At least one of the following: a social profile connected — first post scheduled — card on file captured

Promotion rules

Allowed

  • Reviews, tutorials, case studies, comparisons, listicles, social content, email to opted-in lists, organic search, and non-brand paid search that links to content first

Prohibited

  • Bidding on Jooice brand or misspellings, coupon or toolbar extensions that auto-apply codes, forced clicks, checkout intercepts, misleading claims, spam, self-referrals, re-triggering cookies at checkout, incent traffic

Coupons and promo codes

  • Only private, partner-assigned codes are commissionable. Public or unassigned codes are non-commissionable.

Creative and brand use

We provide links, banners, copy blocks, and product screenshots. Alterations require written approval.

Application and approval

All applications are manually reviewed. We may request traffic sources and sample content.

Termination and changes

We may suspend, modify rates, or terminate the program or a partner for any reason including policy violations or quality risks. Changes will be communicated in advance when practical.
