Transparency on the use of Artificial Intelligence

The Jooice platform integrates third-party artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to provide automated services in support of its users’ business activities.
- Origin of the artificial intelligence
Jooice does not develop a proprietary AI model; instead, it integrates with generative AI systems provided by external providers, including:
- OpenAI – ChatGPT (generative language models)
- Other operational and text automation tools.
- How it works
AI-generated content is automatically processed based on:
- User inputs (e.g., text, business data, documents);
- Publicly accessible sources (e.g., the company website);
- An internal company knowledge base uploaded by the user.
- Automated nature of the content
Messages generated by AI agents are not written by natural persons. The user is aware that:
- Responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated content;
- AI output does not replace professional or legal human advice;
- It is the user’s responsibility to assess the suitability of the output before use.
- Supervision and autonomy
AI agents may operate with different levels of autonomy, ranging from reactive assistants to partially automated operators.
The user retains final control and must verify any relevant operation before it has external effects (e.g., sending emails, generating contracts, actions involving third parties).
- Personalization and targeting (if enabled)
Where technically предусмотрено, the system may personalize output based on the company profile or past interactions.
For registered users, personalization criteria are automatically enabled. In any case, by deleting the conversation history at the user’s request, it is possible to obtain the deactivation or revision of personalization criteria.
- Limitations and liability
Webidoo does not guarantee that AI content is accurate, original, or free from legal risks. The user undertakes not to use AI:
- for unlawful or misleading purposes;
- in high-risk areas (e.g., healthcare, justice, human resources) without prior legal assessment.
