With Jooice you can manage all your company information and locations from one place.
This guide shows you how to optimize the Your Organization section to make the most of Jooice.

1. Access the Your Organization section

  • From the left menu, click Your Organization.
  • Here you can edit general company details: name, description, category, phone number, and website.
  • Click Save changes at the bottom of the page to add or update the information.

2. Manage locations (Listing & Reviews)

  • Go to the Locations (Listing & Reviews) tab.
  • Locations are essential: they allow Jooice to sync your business profiles across listing and review platforms.
  • You can connect existing locations or create new ones.

3. Create a new location

  • Click Create new location.
  • Fill in all required fields (name, address, contacts, description).
  • Add opening hours and profile images.
  • Once completed, click Create to save the new location.

4. Edit or delete an existing location

  • In the location list, click Edit location next to the one you want to update.
  • You can edit general details, opening hours, and images.
  • Remember to click Save changes to confirm, or Delete this location if you want to remove it from Jooice.
