The dashboard is your starting point: here you get a complete overview of all your data and Jooice features at a glance.

1. Initial overview

As soon as you log in, you’ll find a summary of the main data, divided by feature (click the respective buttons to access each section directly):

  • Listing → how many Google searches your business received and how many calls came in.
  • Reviews → total reviews, average rating, and new reviews.
  • Social → up-to-date follower counts for each connected platform.

2. Roadmap to success

  • A checklist of recommended steps to complete your profile.
  • Every time you complete an action, the list updates automatically.
  • It guides you to improve visibility and make the most of all features.

3. Location management

  • Scroll down to find the Your location section, with your business address displayed on the map.
  • If you have multiple locations, click Manage your locations to view or edit them.

4. Quick navigation

  • On the left, you’ll find the navigation menu: from here you can access all Jooice sections (Listing, Reviews, Social, Jooice AI, Organization, Mobile App).
